Succession Plan Coach needed a brand identity that would stand out in a crowded advisory market. Founders often stall due to emotional barriers; identity, legacy, and fear of “what’s next.”
The challenge was to position Succession Plan Coach as the trusted partner who bridges this empathy gap, while ensuring the brand felt practical and relevant in today’s climate.

The Solution
Halo Creative Media delivered a comprehensive brand package that balanced clarity, emotional resonance, and strategic depth.
The brand package included comprehensive guidelines covering logo usage, a distinctive colour palette, consistent typography, and a well-defined tone of voice, alongside clear audience personas and messaging principles. The visual identity was enhanced through branded banners for both business and personal profiles, as well as banners tailored for blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
Content assets comprised a custom email template for the Succession Readiness Quiz, a suite of Canva social media templates, striking infographics, and a branded email signature design. The content strategy featured a structured calendar supporting the rollout of LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters, with refined content pillars specifically targeting both founders and advisors.
To ensure long-term success, Canva training were delivered as a gesture of goodwill, empowering the client to manage and update their assets with confidence moving forward.

This project really shows what can happen when you bring together clear thinking, smart planning, and purposeful design. Succession Plan Coach began with a unique goal and needed a brand identity that would show the real emotions behind founder transitions, while also looking and feeling professional.
Working closely together, we built a brand that truly speaks to the concerns, motivations, and decision-making styles of SME founders and their advisers.
